Customer sent in a Rolex Cellini manual winding watch.
Owner mentioned that the watch was recently serviced by another watch technician but the watch stopped on the day he collected after he reached home.
We inspected the watch & found that the winding was stiff & the previous technician did not perform a good job on it.
Watch is now properly serviced & timed. Winds like butter now!
