Customer brought a faulty IWC 7 Days Big Pilot to us complaining that the watch works intermittently on wrist & the watch was not serviced for 10 years. Upon further thorough inspection, we found that the movement has serious oil dry issue, lots of metal shavings in the movement due to wear & tear & an automatic train wheel bridge with worn metal poles causing the rotor being unable to wind up the watch properly.
